1. Service Description

This platform provides an online facility for patients to book doctor appointments by paying consultation or booking fees in advance. The platform only facilitates appointment scheduling and does not guarantee medical outcomes.

2. Eligibility

The service is available to individuals aged 18 years or above.
For minors, booking must be done by a parent or legal guardian.
By using this service, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Appointment Booking

Appointment confirmation is subject to doctor availability.
Booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
Appointment time is approximate and may vary due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Consultation Fees & Payment

All fees are clearly mentioned before payment.
Payments must be made online through available payment gateways.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases specified in the cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
